I invite you to a safe, warm, and cozy space, free of opinions and judgments, where you can be yourself and connect with those bits that have always wanted to fly, run, dance, speak, or just want to be heard.

Through the sessions, we unlearn some of our unhelpful thoughts, behaviors, and patterns and learn to offer immense kindness to ourselves, to parts of ourselves who have gone through difficult life situations, and shown the strength to comprehend them now.
As we progress, I encourage my clients to engage in other forms of self-expression. Movement, breath-work, journaling, doodling, dance, music, art, and any creative pursuit alongside therapy can help you rediscover yourself and connect with your happy self.
